The Lion's Mane are so pristine and so carefully packed I always sell out. Their Oyster and Chestnuts varieties are simply show stoppers on display and always get comments about their artfully graceful appearance.  I find Mikuta Mushrooms the highest quality in appearance and flavor. Educating consumers on how to prepare and store their purchase is how we make life long and return customers. My store is very small and I will often tell people we only have room to carry the best in class and Mikuta Mushrooms certainly fit right in. ”
